The vision of our Cabinet is for Kentuckians to reach their full human potential. This starts at a young age, thanks to the work of the Division of Family Resource and Youth Services Centers across the state. Currently there are 888 FRYSCs statewide in over 1,200 schools. They assist with everything from the Backpack Program to anti-bullying education. FRYSCs provided 2.2 million services to students during school and more than a million outside of school. Students are our greatest hope and resource, but it takes everyone help them be successful.
