We may be hosting the high school wrestling 🤼 team for Somerset Christian ✝️ school, but preseason training will still be open and free to all Pulaski County middle and high school wrestlers.

Only two practices a week for preseason training, once season starts it will drastically increase as all of our wrestlers move back to their respective home teams.

We started a new block of instruction 📚in our Tiny Titans class Wednesday:

⭐️Arm Drags!⭐️

Arm Drags are one of the most high percentage and versatile techniques for wrestling 🤼 and Jiu-Jitsu🥋! We simplified it down, focusing on getting the correct grips, then giving our buddy a hard pull to make them spin 😵‍💫!

Everyone did awesome 😎, can’t wait to see how they progress!

We’ve had a great time in Noon Kickboxing this year! 👊

I’m grateful 🤩 I got the opportunity to coach you and you gave your time to come out and get some work in! 💪🏻This isn’t even half of the pictures I got but I think I got everyone at least once. Noon Kickboxing is going on a little hiatus for a while until next Spring/Summer ☀️, but I’ll still be around! 🥊

If you’re interested in learning some striking or joining our community, come to our evening classes! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30! 😄

Awesome work from our Karate Classes last night! 🥋

We worked on some defenses 🛡️ for roundhouse kicks, either by checking or blocking depending on where the kick 🦵 landed! Great work everyone! 👊

We finished up with games 🧩, and the Jr.Spartan class had a little time for conditioning 💪🏻!

Awesome time working some falls in our Tiny Titans BJJ class! 🥋

While working grappling 🤼 is obviously important, being able to fall without injuring 🤕 a hand or arm is one of the most practical skills these kids can develop! Super great work today, and of course we finished off with some games! 💪🏻
