If you are for sure joining CCHE this year and are planning to attend co-op, but you have not filled out the membership application, please do so prior to tomorrow's co-op!

We use a digital check-in system and if you haven't done your application, we have to manually enter you into the system then merge your duplicate profiles once you complete the application. It will save us so much time and make sure we can start on time tomorrow if you will complete the application prior to co-op!

Also, please don't forget that sign-in begins at 11am and we'll do announcements at 11:45am!

It’s finally ready!! Here is the 2025-2026 Membership Application. Please read through everything thoroughly and familiarize yourselves with our guidelines outlined before completing the application!

Happy Thursday! Tonight at 7pm is our annual planning meeting! This meeting is for every adult who plans to be part of CCHE for the upcoming year, even if you are not planning to attend the weekly classes. I am so excited about all the responses we’ve already received. I can’t wait to talk through everything with you all and fill in the rest of our schedule. There are still a lot of classes to be filled in. Even if you have already filled out the form that was sent, please still make every effort to attend the planning meeting! We need everyone’s ideas and brainstorming to fill in the rest of the schedule and get the remaining volunteer roles filled.

As a reminder, we will be meeting upstairs in the Game Loft Area of LIFE Church (200 Jessie Lane). Please drive all the way around the Youth Building (second building) and park in the gravel lot behind the upper level of the main church building (see attached picture). We are asking everyone to bring finger foods, appetizers, or desserts to share. CCHE is providing paper products and water for everyone!

Reminder - tonight is our high school pizza planning party! We’ll meet in the Youth Building of LIFE Church (200 Jesse Lane) at 7pm. We’ll have pizza, chips, cookies and water. We’ll hang out, play some Song Quiz and talk about ideas for the upcoming year. The goal is to be able to offer classes that the teenagers will actively participate in. We’re not just here for social hour. We want to find the balance between having fun, but also learning and growing in our skills! I’m so excited to hear from our kiddos tonight on what they want their co-op classes to look like! See you all tonight!

Who has a high schooler that is planning to attend the Pizza Planning Party on Thursday, at 7pm? Please let me know ASAP so I can make sure we’ll have a big enough turnout!

This summer has flown by and before we know it, co-op and all things CCHE will be in full swing again! We’ve got three important dates coming up. More details coming soon, but please mark these dates on your calendar!

July 31st, 7pm - High Schoolers Pizza Planning Party! All high schoolers, rising 9th grade - 12th grade are invited to a pizza planning party. We want to hear directly from our high schoolers what type of classes they want to take this upcoming year. We’ll be hanging out, playing song quiz, eating pizza, and of course, discussing the upcoming co-op year. If you have a high school student who plans to attend co-op this coming fall, please have them come hang out with us! There will be a formal link posted soon to sign up so we can have enough pizza!

August 7th, 7pm - CCHE Planning Meeting! This is our annual planning meeting where we try to get all the classes, teachers and assistants lined out for the year. We’re asking everyone to bring finger foods/appetizers to share. We’ll provide paper products and bottled water. We’ll also be posting a form for those who already what they want to teach or where they want to assist. I know I’ve already had seveal people tell me they know where they want to serve! Maybe we can get over half of the needs filled before we even get together for our planning meeting!

August 16th, 1pm - CCHE Annual Kick-Off! We’re going to have a fun time at the kick-off this year! More details will be posted soon, but go ahead and block the afternoon and plan to spend it with us as we kick off the new year! Our first co-op day will be September 4th! Less than 2 months away!

Reminder - Open Gyms today for volleyball and basketball! Today’s open gyms will be at Oak Hill Baptist Church instead of Beacon Hill.

Many of you may know, one of our families lost their mom/mother in law. Please sign up to take a meal to the Curry Family this week to be a blessing to them and ease their burden as they try to process these next several days. Also please remember the entire family in your prayers!
