Purpose Power & Profits Christian life coach for women 45-60 | Emotional healing, purpose & leadership development. Message me to start. In addition, I am also a mother and grandmother.

My outlook on life and my passion for helping others reach their goals personally and professionally led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 30 years in Corporate America as a Legal Assistant. I hold a Bachelors degree in Religious Education, an Associates in Paralegal Studies, I am a Licensed Minister with Covenant Ministries International, Inc. of Sayreville, New Jersey, a Certified Member of (S.A.C.C.) Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling, Sarasota, Florida certified to administer the Arno Temperament Analysis Profile, and the past Secretary 2014-2015 Dialogue Party Toastmasters of Somerset, New Jersey. This is why it is important to have a structured and practical plan in place to avoid becoming overwhelmed and over stressed. I personally use these tools to enhance my own productivity, development and decision-making skills to create a more balanced lifestyle. I have been studying and personally implementing the philosophies behind personal development for the last twenty five years.

Your $200 cream can’t out-glow a struggling plate.

Sis, real **fitness, health and peace** after 45 starts in your daily habits, not in a jar.

I get it - you want that healthy glow, more energy, and to feel calm in your skin again. Here’s how we build it:

**health tip:** Add something orange or deep green to every lunch + a palm of protein. Your skin is literally built from it.
**fitness tip:** Keep water where your coffee lives. Hydrated cells = firmer skin.
**peace tip:** Trade 20 minutes of scrolling for sleep. Your face reports what you did all month.

True glow is an inside job.

DM me the word **GLOW** and I’ll send you my full breakdown for women 45-60.
