Congratulations to all of our St. Matthias School students on finishing another successful school year!

As we look back on the many lessons learned, friendships strengthened, challenges overcome, and memories made, we are filled with gratitude and pride. Your hard work, perseverance, kindness, and faith have helped make this year truly special.

We pray that each of you enjoys a safe, joyful, and restful summer filled with opportunities to grow closer to God, spend time with family and friends, and create lasting memories.

🐾❤️ WOW! We Did It! ❤️🐾

In less than two weeks, thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we collected an amazing amount of donations for the shelter! 🎉

Together, we donated:

💵 $200 in cash donations
🥫 73 cans of wet food
🐶 100 pounds of dry food
🐱 99 pounds of litter pellets
🧸 35 toys
🍼 6 pounds of kitten milk replacement — one of the shelter’s most-needed items!
🐾 Dental chews, leashes, bowls, treats, and p*e pads
🧼 Laundry detergent, bleach, and other cleaning supplies
🛏️ Nearly 100 towels, blankets, and bedsheets
🐕 5 large pet beds
👕 And even a few adorable pet outfits!

Every donation will help provide comfort, care, and love to animals waiting for their forever homes. 🐾💕

Monday was our annual Field Day, and what a fantastic day it was!

With beautiful weather and plenty of school spirit, our students had a blast participating in games, activities, and friendly competition throughout the day.

A special thank you to Miss Katie for her hard work in organizing this event and to all of the parents who volunteered their time to help make the day such a success.

Field Day was a wonderful celebration of community, teamwork, and fun. Thank you to everyone who helped create such great memories for our students!

Tomorrow is a $3 Dress Down Day, with all proceeds benefiting the Franklin Township Animal Shelter.

Students who brought in a donation for the shelter may also participate in Dress Down Day.

Today was a full and joyful day!

We celebrated our final school Mass of the year, where Father Tom reflected on the Gospel and encouraged our students to be the “salt of the earth” or people whose faith brings flavor, goodness, and light to the world.

The Knights also joined us to present certificates to our Science Fair winners. Congratulations to all of our talented young scientists!

We were grateful for the opportunity to honor our departing HSA members for their dedicated service and to welcome our newly inducted HSA Board for the coming year.

Finally, we recognized our Students of the Month for exemplifying the virtue of Missionary Spirit.

Congratulations to all who were recognized today, and thank you to everyone who helps make our school community so special!
