All SCC locations will be closed Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.
We honor this important day in history, recognizing freedom and reflection.

In honor of Memorial Day, Somerset Community College will be closed on May 25. We pause to remember and reflect on the brave service members who gave everything for our freedom. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the opportunities we have today—and we are forever grateful.

Somerset Community College Adult Education programs in Pulaski, Casey, McCreary, Russell, and Wayne counties have assisted 160 individuals in passing the GED since July 1st of last year. We were so happy to celebrate with those that were able to attend our graduation ceremony today! 🎓 Congratulations to all of our graduates!! 🎓 We are very proud of your accomplishments and can’t wait to hear of your continuing success! 🎉There will be more pictures to follow, but also feel free to share your pictures of the GED graduation below if you have them!📸

Please note that all Somerset Community College locations will be temporarily closed on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET for an employee appreciation event.

Regular operations will resume following the closure period.

Pulaski Adult Education has temporarily relocated to rooms 140 and 141 in Meece Hall. This is the same building that we were in before, but we are at the other end of the hallway. You can access these rooms by parking in the Meece parking lot at the back of the building and going in the first entrance to Meece Hall.
