Finkelstein, Esq., received his B.A in Economics from Rutgers College in 1979, his J.D. from New York Law School in 1983 and has been admitted to practice in New Jersey since 1984. Finkelstein has concentrated his practice in the areas of litigation, consumer law, commercial law, creditors’ rights, healthcare finance and real estate. In addition to representing clients in Superior Court, Mr. Finkelstein also represents clients in Municipal Court matters, including traffic violations.
