If an emergency occurs, how would you react? Do you know the first steps of first aid. The Center for Rural Development wants you to be prepared in the event of a medical emergency and is presenting an instructor-led course in basic first aid on Jan. 11 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for some of the most common life-threatening emergencies.
