The Training Edge KY

We are sad to announce this, but we have closed our school. We have enjoyed serving Somerset for the last five years. We are sad that we cannot continue to get people familiar with Krav Maga and helping others learn to truly defend themselves. Thank you again for the support by so many wonderful students.

Unfortunately our building has sustained some damage to the roof. We are working on a plan to get back to training as quickly as possible. With that being said we will unfortunately not have classes the rest of the week through Monday. 5/21-5/26

Update for The Training Edge KY. We will not be having classes tonight May 19th and due to the current weather forecast for tomorrow we will have to be closed on Tuesday the 20th as well. We will try and resume classes on Wednesday the 21st. We still are not clear in knowing if there was any damage to the roof and the next weather front will tell us if we have leaks or are safe to continue. We are also currently without electricity. I will do my best to update everyone and we are weighing the option so that we can get back to training as soon as possible. We thank you all for your understand and support. I would also like to send my sincere apologies for the disruption in everyone's training. We look forward to see everyone.

Important Update!!
Due to ongoing road closures and continued power outages, we will remain closed tomorrow. While this situation is certainly frustrating, we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe. We share your eagerness to return to doing what we love and will continue to provide daily updates as things progress. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We’re grateful to share that our facility has fared okay through last night’s tornadoes, despite being so close to the hardest-hit area along Highway 27.

We will continue to provide updates as we assess any further impacts. Our hearts are with our community during this difficult time — especially those who have experienced loss or damage. We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers as we come together to rebuild and support one another.
