With Father's Day fast approaching, we are hosting our Bring a Father Figure to Jiu-Jitsu Day! No experience is required. Just bring your favorite guy, a comfortable t-shirt and shorts, and a willingness to learn some fun basics together.

We need to settle a myth once and for all: Washing your BJJ belt does NOT wash away your knowledge. 🧼❌
It does, however, wash away staph, ringworm, and sweat. 🦠
Your belt touches the mat, your partners, and your sweaty gi just as much as everything else. Do your teammates a favor and throw it in the wash with your gi. Just hang-dry it so it doesn't shrink!

Incredible energy on the mats this Memorial Day weekend! Huge thanks to Professor Kirk for dropping absolute gems during the seminar.
The best part? Seeing practitioners from all different gyms across the area leave their patches at the door to learn, grow, and smash together. Iron sharpens iron, and the vibes during the post-seminar open mat proved exactly why this community is unmatched.
Shoutout to everyone who showed up, put the work in, and stayed for the rounds! Let’s keep building. 📈💪
