The Child's Place Preschool The Child's Place offers a discovery preschool program for children ages 2 year 9 months through age 5. Call to enroll today (860)749-7333.

The Child's Place Preschool was founded in 1996 with the philosophy that children learn best with a "hands on" approach to education. Our children experience art, cooking, music, creative movement, computer, library and playground activities on a daily basis. We offer a morning preschool session from 8:30-11:30 A.M. and a afternoon session from 12:00-3:00 Monday through Friday. Our staff consists

of four highly qualified experienced Early Childhood Teachers. Snack and beverage are provided daily. Onsite childcare is available at Room to Grow Childcare for families choosing extended care for their child before and/or after preschool. We publish a monthly calender and newsletter every other month for parents as a basic guideline of events to allow staff, parents and children to prepare for upcoming activities. We also have a Partners in Early Childhood Education program in order to offer the children a wide array of knowledge and experiences. Parents or other adult members of the family are
welcome and encouraged to visit and read a story or share a talent such as music or cooking with our preschool family. Please give us a call...we would be happy to schedule and provide you with a tour at your convenience.
