🏃♂️🏀 Free Sports Physicals for Students in Grades 5–8! ⚽🏐
Is your child planning to participate in school sports this year? Make sure they're ready for the season!
Our school physician, Dr. Raab, will be providing FREE sports physicals for students in grades 5–8 on:
📅 Tuesday, August 18
🕔 5:00–7:00 PM
📍 Dawes Avenue School
Fall sports begin the second week of September, and a completed sports physical must be on file before a student can participate. This opportunity isn't just for fall athletes—sports physicals are required for participation in all school sports throughout the year. If your child plans to play a winter or spring sport, now is the perfect time to plan ahead and get this requirement checked off early.
Please note that sports physicals are separate from annual wellness visits and are required for participation in public school athletics in New Jersey.
A parent or guardian must accompany each student.
You may complete the attached sports physical paperwork before arriving and bring it with you, or copies will be available to complete the evening of the event.
