Our 4-6 Year Old Tiger Class utilizes our discipline first model. In order to create great martial artists, you must have a strong foundation of discipline.

Discipline can be fun and kids learn through play! Who says you can’t be a good listener and be silly at the same time 🤣

💥Congratulations to our newest Red/Black Collar Mr. DJ Muzalier💥
At ATA Martial Arts, we take our instructor training extremely seriously. Our Legacy Program allows for personal and professional development through martial arts instruction 💪
The Red/Black Collar means that you are a Level 1 instructor. Mr Muzalier was tested on his knowledge of all the color belt forms and his ability to conduct a one-on-one lesson. 🥋
Mr. Muzalier is full of so much passion for our students. Every time he is on the mat, he truly gives his all to help the students be successful. This passion mixed with his intense competitive nature is contagious. As a State & District Champion himself, he utilizes servant leadership to help everyone achieve their goals. 🔥
I am so proud to have Mr Muzalier be ATA Somerdale’s newest red/black collar. Congratulations again sir 🥳

Congratulations to the newest members of our Leadership Team 💥

Our Leadership Competitive Athlete program is for our elite athletes. These students train for an hour and a half every Friday drilling advanced sparring strategy, combat sparring, weapons and x-treme martial arts 🥋

These students have committed themselves to black belt and beyond as well as being the role models of our school. We could not be more proud of them for all of their hard work
