you finally make room for the life God called you to live.

POLARITY: WHEN OPPOSITES ARE PART OF THE SAME STORY

Polarity is the existence of two seemingly opposite forces, experiences, or realities that can exist at the same time.

And isn't that life?

We can be grieving and growing.
Ending one chapter while beginning another.
Broken in one place while becoming stronger in another.
Losing something we thought we needed while discovering something we never knew we had.

Every season of your life is a chapter.

But here's the part we often don't understand while we're living it:

The chapters aren't separate. They're connected.

They're all contributing to the overall landscape of your life.

You may be standing in a chapter that makes absolutely no sense right now. Wondering why you had to go through that loss, disappointment, detour, or ending.

But keep living.

Because one day, when you turn the page far enough, you'll be able to look back and see what you couldn't see while you were in it.

That chapter was building something.

The lesson from one season became the wisdom for another.
The pain became the strength.
The ending created space for the beginning.
The setback redirected the path.
The version of you that survived one chapter became the version capable of living the next.

And eventually, when you look across the entire landscape, you may realize:

Nothing was wasted.

Every chapter was connected to the one before it and preparing you for the one that came after it.

That's the beauty of polarity.

Two things can be true at the same time.

You can miss what was and still be grateful for what is.
You can mourn the old chapter and be excited about the new one.
You can acknowledge how hard it was and still recognize how much it grew you.

So if your current chapter doesn't make sense yet…

Don't rush to rewrite it.

Live it.

There is still more of the story to be revealed.

And maybe—just maybe—what feels like the end of everything is actually the beginning of the chapter that finally helps the whole story make sense.
