We'll focus on fundamental grappling, positional control, balance, and safe training habits—without strikes (punching and kicking). Every class emphasizes respect, focus, and teamwork, while helping kids to stay active and burn energy!

ℹ️ This Program is designed to help children build confidence, discipline, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fun and challenging environment. Classes focus on fundamental grappling movements, positional control, balance, and safe training habits—without strikes (punching and kicking).
