Calvert County Citizen's Green Team Creating a Sustainable Green Calvert County and Southern Maryland!

Mission Statement: The Calvert County Citizens Green Team works to promote sustainable lifestyles among county citizens in school, workplace, homes, and communities. The Green Team supports these efforts by assisting with a number of the programs and events at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center, including Nature Walks, the INSECTIVAL, Mud Day, the 2nd grade CHESPAX program, and EARTH ARTS FEST.

Some of our Earth Arts Fest vendors have donated fantastic prizes. Here are some examples of what you could win:

Save the date for something new at Annmarie! EARTH ARTS FEST - Saturday, April 22, 9am-2pm at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center. Join us for a uniquely “Annmarie” Earth Day celebration filled with artful activity, nature experiences, and inspired learning. Earth Arts Fest is an ecosystem of artists and makers, nature groups and community organizers, fitness and wellness practitioners, local green services, musicians, food trucks and more! Shop the market, assist with art installations throughout the park, join in a nature walk or a wellness class, enjoy a lineup of music, make and take upcycled art, and explore green services and initiatives offered in southern Maryland.
