🌟 Spotlight on an extraordinary MAPTS team member! 🌟

We are so proud to recognize Natasha Sison, our Student Outreach & Coordinator, for an incredible year of service to MAPTS and the students we serve.

This fiscal year, Natasha has been an unstoppable force β€” securing new funding, building scholarship partnerships, and going to bat for every student who needs an advocate in their corner. Her outreach work drove such incredible enrollment growth that we had to expand our camp schedule to keep up!

But what truly sets Natasha apart isn't just what she accomplishes β€” it's HOW she does it. She brings patience, expertise, and genuine personal care to everything she touches. She doesn't just support our mission. She lives it.

Natasha, from every single person on the MAPTS team β€” THANK YOU for an extraordinary year. We are so lucky to have you! πŸ’™

At MAPTS, we believe safety training has to go beyond the classroom. These photos highlight our instructors working with trainees through realistic first aid, CPR, and trauma-response scenarios designed around the real conditions heavy equipment operators may face in the field.

The goal is simple: prepare our crews to respond with confidence when every second matters.

In this industry, hazards can appear without warning. Proper training, quick thinking, and teamwork can make all the difference. We train to prepare for the worst while always hoping for the best.

Proud of our instructors and trainees for the professionalism, focus, and commitment they bring to every session.
