I’m looking for contributions to our 🍕pizza fund and 🍪cookie/dessert donations for the after prom party. This is an easy way to help if your not able to volunteer your time that evening. Everything helps. Donations can be sent to my Venmo -Cannava or you can contact me at 907-398-7826
Our After Prom Party is quickly approaching, and we need volunteers. I am compiling a list of those interested. We will need people to help man the check in table from 10pm-12am, to help with food in the kitchen from 10pm-3am, to help with security (walk halls, check bathrooms, keep doors secured, etc) from 10:30pm-3am, and to help run games/activities 10:30pm-3am. Please let me know if you are able to volunteer for any of these positions.
We are looking for volunteers for the After Prom Party at the Prep House Saturday April 15th from 10 PM-3 AM. We need volunteers for running games, general supervision, and preparing a pancake breakfast. Please reach out if you are interested as we are getting very close to this event. Thanks!

Hello All!
Thank you for volunteering for helping in some capacity with the After Prom Party. (April 15th @ the Prep House from 11pm-3am). Please use this email list to discuss and help plan the After Prom Party. Please REPLY ALL so we can figure out specific details and which area you can help with.
It would be helpful if some people could volunteer to be the “lead” for the different areas… and then we can do sub groups via text or email, then just do check-ins. We need to do this ASAP…as prom is in 3 weeks!
Set Up - pre cleaning the prep house kitchen, bathroom, and gym areas, setting up tables, and any games. Stocking supplies in the bathroom and kitchen.
Chaperones - gather names and contact numbers for chaperones and schedule who will be where, including security to check halls and doors.
Food - organize food including the breakfast at the end, work with people collecting donations for any that include food donations. Run kitchen during the event.
Activities - My idea is to do a movie in the big gym and have activities (based off the movie) where we would stop the movie and then have the kids win prizes. We need to plan all these activities as well as other activities that will be going on in the small gym.
Clean Up - do all clean up after the event (hopefully) the next day. Do the checkout list for the prep house.
*Donations - I will add all of you who signed up to solicit donations to the existing Google Sheet in a separate email…so you can sign up for the businesses that you’d like to ask for donations.
