San Diego Kyudo

San Diego Kyudo We are a Japaenese archery (kyudo) dojo affiliated with the Southern California Kyudo Renmei and American Kyudo Renmei.

We welcome observers any time and accept beginners once a year. We are a traditional Kyudo (Japanese archery) dojo affiliated with the Southern California Kyudo Renmei. Head Instructor: Jannette Curran, Renshi Godan

New students are welcome and will be supplied with equipment to begin their training. Bows, arrows and uniforms are not needed to begin Kyudo training. While we are a makiwara dojo on

ly, at least one weekend a month, we will practice full distance training at the Gardena JCI with Douglas Sakurai Sensei, Renshi Godan. Our ultimate goal is the increase of Kyudo awareness and participation in the SD area and an overall increase in exposure of Kyudo to Southern Californians.
