NMT AAPG - SEG Student Chapter

NMT AAPG - SEG Student Chapter We are the student chapter for both AAPG and SEG at New Mexico Tech. Field trips are also done to take advantage of the terrific geology in New Mexico.

Our goal is to provide resources for our members to gain experience in the field of petroleum geology through guest speakers, information sessions, and short courses. The student chapter is also involved in giving back to our community through volunteer work both at NMT and the Socorro community.

Hey Everybody! Be sure to join us tomorrow evening for a conversation with Petroleum industry professionals. Several of the faculty with a petroleum background will share with us their career stories, along with early career and networking advise. Starts at 5:15 in the Bureau of Geology's conference room.
