We are seeking curious, mission-driven guides ready to equip, inspire, and connect young people for life.

At Acton, learners don’t wait to be told who they are—
they discover it through challenge, responsibility, and ownership.

Our studios are where courage is practiced, character is forged, and heroes are formed.

This is not traditional teaching.
It is guiding young people through a real journey of growth.

We are looking for Guides to:
• Facilitate instead of lecture
• Challenge instead of control
• Believe instead of rescue
• Stand back instead of take charge

Because Guides matter. And this is where heroes are formed.

This is not just a job, it’s a calling.

We had THE BEST time fishing with Garret Hunt and AZ Mountain Ventures! He took our entire school to Fool Hollow Lake and the fishing was sooooo good! Garret supplied us with fishing rods, bait and tackle and most importantly, his knowledge! He knows all the tricks to make a great fishing trip! Garrett ran miles up and down the beach whenever he heard us shout “FISH ON!” And we were shouting that all day long! He even came back to the school and fried the fish for us!

Garrett later confessed that he got a little teary eyed when he found out that, for many of the learners, this was the first time they had ever caught a fish! He is truly passionate about what he does and it shows! He is the perfect example of what we say at Acton Academy…Find your calling. Change the world.

Thank you AZ Mountain Ventures for the incredible learning experience, the memories and the fun you provided for our learners!!!

Join Us at Acton Academy for a Music Together® Class with Lacey Merrill!

Currently we are providing this beautiful music curriculum in our Spark Studio. We are excited to host Music Together® in Snowflake for younger learners age 0-5.

Fun. Fabulous. Uplifting. Magical. These are just a few of the ways that parents describe Music Together. Each week, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, big kids (and the grownups who love them®) gather in indoor, outdoor, and online classrooms all over the world to make music as a community. Early childhood music classes give families with children from birth through age 5 the chance to get in touch with their inner musician and connect with other families.

Playful, rich, and engaging, Music Together® helps children of all ages—babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and big kids—discover their inner music-maker by playing with the grownups they love.

At Acton, a Guide isn’t a traditional teacher. A Guide is a mentor, coach, and fellow traveler on a HERO'S JOURNEY who challenges young people to discover their gifts, set bold goals, and take ownership of their learning.

We’re looking for people who love asking great questions and believe children can do far more than we often imagine.
