This Month’s Theme: The Importance of Dependability
Dependability is one of the most critical qualities employers seek. It reflects a person’s ability to be consistent, trustworthy, and responsible—key traits in any professional setting. This month, we’ll be focusing on how participants can demonstrate and enhance their dependability. Our free online courses will cover:
• Managing time effectively
• Meeting deadlines
• Showing up and staying engaged in the workplace
As we teach these essential skills, our goal is to ensure that our participants stand out as reliable candidates, ready to make meaningful contributions to their future employers.

What We’ve Accomplished Recently
The Learning Prism has been busy expanding and improving our services to ensure we reach as many future professionals as possible. Here are some of the exciting milestones we’ve achieved in recent months:
• Streamlined Website Registration Process: We’ve made it easier than ever to sign up for our free courses, improving the user experience and reducing barriers to access.
• Expansion into East Idaho: We’ve broadened our services to provide more personalized support for individuals in the east Idaho region, helping more people gain the skills they need to thrive in today’s job market.
• Teaching Professional Skills in High Schools: We’re excited to have brought our professional skills training directly into high school classrooms, preparing students for the workforce early by teaching them critical career-building techniques.

What’s Coming Up
Looking ahead, we are expanding our reach and partnerships even further. Here’s what we have planned:
• Partnering with Homeschool Organizations: We will be reaching out to homeschool groups to offer our online training resources, ensuring that homeschooled students have access to our professional development tools.
• Engaging Private Schools: We’re extending our offerings to private schools, providing them with the same opportunities to prepare their students for the workforce.
• Soliciting Donations from Local Businesses: To support our mission and ensure we can continue to offer these services for free, we will be seeking small donations from businesses in the community.
