This week, families and community members in the Snoqualmie Valley School District should have received our latest Annual Report.

We are incredibly proud of the academic opportunities we provide our students, as well as the outstanding extracurricular programs, activities and experiences available across our schools. Many of these opportunities are made possible through the continued support of our local levies.

Our Annual Report is one way we show our community how those local tax dollars are being invested while highlighting student achievement, district accomplishments and our progress toward the goals in our Strategic Plan.

We are grateful for the continued support of the Snoqualmie Valley community and invite you to take a few minutes to explore this year’s report online. There's also a form to request your copy if you didn't get one.

πŸ“£ Meet the members of the Community Review and Recommendation Committee!

Snoqualmie Valley School District has announced the community members selected to serve on the Community Review and Recommendation Committee, or CRRC.

The committee brings together parents, community members and stakeholders from across Snoqualmie, North Bend and Fall City, representing a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and connections to our schools.

Over the coming year, the CRRC will meet monthly to review current and future facility needs, consider community input and help develop recommendations for a long-range, 30-year facilities capital plan.

We are grateful to everyone who applied and to the members who have committed their time to this important work.

Ready or not... the 2026-27 school year is here! πŸŽ‰πŸ“š

It was an exciting day across Snoqualmie Valley as many of our schools welcomed students and families for back-to-school events and opportunities to meet their teachers.

We stopped by North Bend Elementary, where the Panthers 🐾 got a sneak peek at their classrooms before the big day!

We hope all of our students, families and staff have an incredible first day of school tomorrow. We can't wait to see you!

School starts tomorrow! πŸŽ’πŸšŒ

As students head back to class, please use extra caution on the roads and around our schools. You may see more students and families walking, biking and driving during arrival and dismissal.

Please slow down, be patient, watch for pedestrians and always stop for school buses when required.

Here’s to a safe and successful first day of school! πŸ’™πŸ’›

Three cheers... and three honks! πŸ“£πŸšŒπŸŽΆ

SVSD was proud to be represented at the Snoqualmie Days Parade this weekend! Mount Si's cheer team, along with little Wildcat cheerleaders, brought plenty of school spirit, while summer band camp students marched through town with upbeat tunes and booming drums. Our friendly bus drivers and spiffy yellow bus also made an appearance, reminding all that the first day of school is just around the corner - TOMORROW! Cheers to the 2026-27 school year! 🌟

βœοΈπŸŽ’ More than 520 Snoqualmie Valley students are heading back to school better prepared thanks to the amazing 2026 Back-to-School Essentials event at Mt. Si Lutheran Church last week!

Families received free school supplies, new shoes and socks, bags of goodies, and a book for every child. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our incredible community partners and volunteers.

πŸ’™A heartfelt thank-you to Mt. Si Lutheran Church, SVA Church, Cascade Covenant Church, St. Clare's Episcopal Church, Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank, Unstoppable Kindness, King County Library System, Feed Kiddos, Trail Youth, Gesa Credit Union, and the many donors who helped collect and pack supplies.

πŸ™ŒπŸ“š Together, you're making a difference for Snoqualmie Valley students and families. Thank you for helping our community shine. ✨
