HI FACEBOOK PIANO FAMILY!
I need your help with a possible new project-
I’m wondering if there’s any interest in a Pre-Piano Musical Adventure Class for “Mom and Me” 3year olds?
My roster is full at 44-45 private students, but I’m exploring the idea of this new group class-for Fall 2020!
We would explore pre-piano concepts such as steady pulse, sense of “beat”, rhythmic patterns and pitch- using keyboard and voices;) We would also use puppets, vocal songs , nursery rhymes, stories, and a variety of large body movements and fun rhythm instruments to internalize and to develop a sense of pulse. This foundation leads to a intellectual , aural and physical/kinesthetic Understanding (eventually) if rhythmic patterns and meter.

The goal would be to EQUIP and ENCOURAGE Parents to lead out in their child’s early musical exploration. WE WILL HELP SKILLS so that Mom/Dad can confidently lead their child in basic music elements. The benefit for the kiddos is they learn by playing and exploring in the company of their parent!
