When Sydney Sargis first discovered Steve & Kate's Camp, she fell in love with its philosophy - empowering kids to follow their interests and design their own days. π
She started as a substitute counselor in 2017, jumping into any camp she could. Over the years, her passion and dedication led her from Breadmaking Studio leader to assistant director - and today, she's the director of the Chicago-North Center.
