Great first semester grizzlies!

There’s still time to submit late work before finals. Make sure to take breaks while prepping, and prioritize your own needs!! Lets make next semester just as good! And remember we are GP.

Hey GP. We hope everyone is healthy and doing well. We wanted to provide everyone an update on the status of this year’s yearbook:

1. You will be getting a yearbook this year. Our staff has been hard at work since the start of the closures to make a great book for our school and our community. You can help us make it even better by responding to our Instagram stories! Your answers may appear in the final yearbook!

2. As you may know, yearbooks across the country have been delayed. As to when the books will arrive, we really don’t know. The printing plant in Texas has been closed for weeks. This means that our book, and hundreds of others, have seen a delay in production. Because of this, we are expecting the yearbooks to arrive sometime into the summer. But again, everything is up in the air and we can not make any predictions. It may come earlier, it may come later. No one knows.

3. The delivery of the books is going to look a little different this year because field day has been canceled. We are exploring many delivery options and are trying to make them as fun and exciting as possible. A few potential options are a pickup at school, a drop off at your home, or a delivery through the mail. No options have been set in stone and we will have to wait for directions from the state and school officials to really know what we may be able to do. We know that a ton of events that you all were looking forward to have been cancelled. We hope to make sure you can at least have a fun yearbook experience.

3. We are still planning to release a cover reveal video! We’ve been hard at work collecting videos and piecing them together to showcase this eventful school year. If you have any unique, school appropriate videos that you’ve taken at school events, please dm is! They may be in the final video!

We are excited to share your yearbook with you! Thank you for your patience and cooperation!

Also, be on the lookout for clues to this year’s theme!

Remember that sign ups for the blood drive on Feb. 19 are due on Feb. 13. Permission slips can be found outside the ASB room. The one pint of blood you give will help three people in need of medical procedures!
