Snohomish High School’s AG Science program provides integral education to students on the vital subjects of agriculture, food and natural resources in a hands-on learning environment. Through these subjects, agricultural educators help broaden students’ skill sets in the areas of science, math, communications, leadership, management and technology. SHS offers a full, four-year program in Agricultural Education; students may choose from two pathways—Plant Science or Animal Science.

Advanced animal biology students have been designing fear free animal systems to move our friends Toby and Rick from point A to Point B
Some were more successful than others- but students learned more about how light, flooring and color affect animals movement through an area :)

So many things I’ve happened in the past year. So first- Thank you for your support and understanding.
The uncertainty of the return of students for the majority of the year forced some hard choices before the new year. Ultimately it was decided to postpone the plant sale until 2022, the amount of work required to hold a quality sale was more than one person could successfully take on and still teach full time as well.

I hope to see you back for the 2022 plant sale!
