Reno Masters Nationals went well for Ashley Rose Dvorin and Jason Dinius.
Jason got gold all around - in the sn**ch (125kg), CJ (140kg), and total (265kg).
Ashley took Gold on the sn**ch (77kg) and bronze in total (161kg) - 1 kilo from her PR total.

In Reno coaching Jason Denius at the Masters Nationals Weightlifting Championships. GOLD medals all around.

Ashley here breaking 2 sn**ch records at the Howard Cohen Masters Championships, and silver medal overall. Great accomplishment after having a set back for a couple of months from an injury and having only about 6 or so weeks to recover from it. Very proud coach!

PanAm Masters Weightlifting Championships are in the books. Ashley Rose Dvorin came away with her first international Gold medal for the W35, 59kg wt class, and 2 PRs!

Meanwhile, old-man Ryan went 6 for 6 and earned a Silver in the M45 89kg wt class with 114 sn**ch and 135 CJ.

My favorite lifter, athlete that I train, and friend Ashley Dvorin, won Gold in the sn**ch today, bronze in the clean and jerk, and silver over all in her age and wt class (W35 59kg). With a personal lifetime sn**ch record of 76kg, and 85kg CJ, which gives her a lifetime personal record in the total. She went for a PR on the clean and jerk of 88kg - gave her best go at it and just missed the jerk. It’s coming, and then 90!
So proud of her. Awesome training, super dedication, and drive to get where she is and further.

I have moved PR Weightlifting Club to Remedy Athletics down the road where I have space to continue to train lifters on Saturdays.
