SSP. What is that??
It is considered a “therapy,” where the client listens to music that has been filtered so that it works out, or “tones” the inner ear.
Why does that matter? Toning the inner ear calms the vagal nerve, which is our fight or flight symptoms that sometimes come on uncontrolled. An over-reactive child that is appears wild and out of control may have a huge fight or flight reaction. SSP may help.
I am a certified SSP therapist. Therapy sessions are completed in your home and last 10-20 minutes.
