Last year’s 8th grade class gift is now proudly displayed in the school reception area.

The four knights, each bearing the initials of a graduate, are a beautiful reminder of our past and the foundation upon which our school was built. As they release the eagle, it ascends outward and upward, representing the future ahead for Pinnacle.

Today was a FIRST DAY like no other!

Not just the first day of a new school year, but the first day in a new facility, with a new name, and a new logo! 🦅

Four months ago, four weeks ago, or even four days ago, it was hard to imagine how all of this would come together. There were a lot of unknowns, a lot of work, and a lot of moments where we wondered exactly how we were going to pull it all off.

But today, we watched students walk through the doors and head to their classes. And we couldn't be more thankful. God has been so faithful.

Work Day Update

Our volunteer work day is still on for this Saturday, July 25, from 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., but the location has changed!

We'll be working to prepare the new building and grounds for the start of the school year. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor projects, so even if you can only come for an hour or two, we'd love to have your help!

If you have them, feel free to bring basic tools (drills, hammers, wrenches, etc.) and yard tools (rakes, shovels, etc.).

✴️ New Staff Spotlight

Mrs. Power has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of South Florida and has always fostered a deep love for storytelling and learning through stories. She has spent the last 8 years homeschooling her two boys, teaching in co-op classrooms, and working as a floral designer, where she gets to bask in the beauty of God’s creation while using it to bring joy to people in their most special moments. In her spare time, Holly loves spending time outside hiking, kayaking, or just standing knee deep in the river and observing nature. She adores her husband, two boys, and two beagles and gets them outside with her as much as possible. Holly is so excited to join the PCS family and share her passion for learning and teaching with her students!

Progress is happening every day at our new campus! Fresh paint and brand-new flooring are complete, teachers are beginning to set up their classrooms, and we even have students pitching in with landscaping projects today. It has been incredible to see our school community working side by side to prepare our new home.

There is much more to do, but we are eagerly looking forward to August and the start of this new chapter for PCS!
