Our halls were full of smiles and excitement at Open House as we welcomed our students and families back to Mount Zion Preschool & Kindergarten! We loved watching our students meet their teachers, explore their classrooms, and get ready for all the learning, growing, and fun ahead. 🍎✏️🌼

We loved welcoming our parents for Parent Night as we prepare to begin another wonderful school year at Mount Zion Preschool & Kindergarten. The classrooms are ready, our teachers are excited, and now that we’ve seen so many familiar—and new—faces, it’s really starting to feel like a new school year is here!

We are so thankful for the families who trust us with their little ones each day. We can’t wait to grow together this year and see all that God has in store! 🌻

Our final chapel with Ms. Sunshine took place this week, and it was such a meaningful time together. She taught the students about being a cheerful giver and shared more about our Kids Helping Kids project—purchasing dairy goats through Samaritan’s Purse.

We’re so proud of our MZ Weekday families, who raised over $2,600! That means 37 goats will be purchased and distributed to families around the world. These goats will provide milk and other products, creating ongoing support and income for those families.

Every class met their goal of purchasing at least two goats—so ice cream celebrations are definitely in order! 🍦

To make the experience even more special, the children got to see and pet goats (and a few other farm friends). A big thank you to Mrs. Lori and Mrs. Kaitlyn for bringing their sweet animals to share with our boys and girls!
