Dear Gwinnett County Public Schools Families,

Superintendent Dr. Alexandra Estrella is committed to listening, learning, and building meaningful relationships across our district. As part of her ongoing Listening and Learning Tour, Dr. Estrella is hosting a series of listening sessions and inviting all students, families, staff, and community members to share their perspectives on the greatest strengths and opportunities for growth within GCPS.

Throughout August and September, in-person and virtual listening sessions will take place across the county. These conversations offer a valuable opportunity to engage directly and help shape the future of our district. Insights gathered during these events will help guide the work of the Transition Team and inform the development of GCPS' next strategic plan. High school students will participate in the initial phase of student listening sessions, with additional opportunities for elementary, middle, and high school students to provide input coming later this fall.

In addition to the listening sessions, Dr. Estrella invites you to complete an anonymous community survey to share your experiences and priorities. The survey takes approximately ten minutes to complete and will remain open through September 18. Your feedback is essential to ensuring our future work reflects the voices of the community we serve.
