What are some asanas (poses) you’ve always wanted to learn? Thinking about doing workshop style beach yoga tomorrow 🌞

I don’t use profanity during class but I giggled because anyone who’s taken any of my classes knows we always do core, before we settle into Savasana 🤣
And I always give the option to hold you knees instead of boat, just in case 🤗 😅

It’s the MOST perfect day for ! Todays Sprink Awakening class is going to be magical 🤗
