Griffin Middle School

Hey Griffin Parents and family leaders!! Do you have better coordination than your 6th grader??? Take on the challenge at home as a family “Cat-ivity” and see who wins!!! We love to hear the sound of not just learning, but also the sound of the lives of our young people- our future. They truly are ‘built different built Griffin’ in a beautiful way.

6th graders making carrot & green apple juice in FACS class! We want to thank our very own Teacher of the Year and Cobb County School District CTAE Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Roberts, for her exceptional leadership of children in these classes.

Today our 6th graders participated in team building activities led by our award-winning Connections teachers!! The engagement was high and that’s how we like it at Griffin Middle School because we are ‘Built Different’ so our community and the world knows that we are ‘Built Griffin.’

We love it when we have a family of Wildcat Witnesses of the awe of our Roar and Explore event! Thanks so much for your support and we look forward to great academic excellence of our wildcats!

Here from one of our very own 8th grade math teachers, Ms.Coats, talk about her math joy and her love of helping students grow in mathematics! By the way, her 8th grade math team has been deemed by the district as a math leader due to the academic excellence that their students have demonstrated on the GA Milestones tests in previous years! This is leading boldly and we roar proudly about it.
