Our Director has been busy this summer break. These rooms aren't usually seen by others, but WOW! I just thought everyone needed to see how organized our storerooms are now. We can now say a place for everything and everything in its place (and labeled too). Thank you also to the men's group of the church for all of your help.

Today was absolutely a beautiful day for Water Day!! Kids are so easily pleased with just the basics. We had a sprinkler, bubbles, & a few pools filled with soapy water, sponges, & buckets. I didn’t think the pools could hold so many kids!! I will definitely be purchasing more for next year. The smiles on their faces say it all.

On Wednesday, Farmer Ray came to visit our kiddos. He talked about all things bees 🐝 . We learned about the different types of bees. I didn’t know that the honey bees we have here are actually European. They were brought to America in the 1600s! He taught us about the life cycle of a bee & how each bee has a special job. Farmer Ray showed us his smoker that he uses to calm the bees. This technique helps minimize stinging & allows him to check the hive. We learned so much!!
