Hey everyone! Although we are stuck at home, we still have the opportunity to train. Here are some ideas;
- Refine parts of kata that are giving you challenges
- Walk thru your forms with bokken and iai
-study more indepth all the various iai kata you know

Basically dont stop your training!

Please note that due to concerns regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the Atlanta Aikido Dojo, which Atlanta Katori rents space from, has closed its doors until March 31st. Out of respect for these concerns, Atlanta Katori is also suspending classes until that time.
