It is that time of year again! The 28th Annual Susan T. Pearson Memorial Golf Tournament is right around the corner.

Each year, we honor the memory of Susan T. Pearson, a long time, impactful volunteer at local Smyrna area schools and founding member of the Foundation, who dedicated her professional life to the betterment of CHS students.

Mark Monday, April 20th on your calendar (4/20). Fox Creek Golf Course.

The tournament is one of the major annual fundraisers for the Foundation, along with the annual Jonquil Jog.

The Foundation impacts CHS students through funding of the College and Career Office, the annual College & Career Fair (3/13), CHS Endowment, Scholarships, CAPS Program, special educational requests by the Principal, Alumni program and more.

Check out the 24-25' Year In Review from our College & Career Center. Our councilors, Kathy Tullos Young and Shirley Diaz Brown lead an outstanding program helping CHS students chart successful post-graduate careers. With a Vision for all students graduating Enrolled, Employed or Enlisted, the College & Career Office offers a wide range of engaging activities throughout the school year.

Encourage your student to stop by the C&CC office and connect with Kathy or Shirley.

Few Fun Facts
College & Career Fair in March: 70 partners and 1,000 students
Advisors met with 350 students for individual sessions
Career Coaching Week reached 300 students
151 students applied to college on-site with assistance for college reps and councilors

Another successful College and Career Fair at Campbell High School last week. One of the largest College and Career fairs in Cobb County, our juniors interact with employers, career advisors, and colleges near and far. Huge Thank You to Kathy Tullos Young and Shirley Diaz-Brown for make the event impactful for CHS students

Supporting and funding CHS' College and Career Office is a primary mission of the Foundation. The C&C Office provides year round support for all CHS students with the working to achieve our Vision for all CHS students upon graduation - Enrolled, Enlisted or Employed!

Dayra Martinez becomes the first Lady Spartan to achieve the 100 Varsity Wins milestone. Campbell High School has one of the largest women’s wrestling program in the State. Go be a part of the legacy.

2024 College and Career Day at Campbell High School was a huge success... again! Thank you to Dr Watkins and her outstanding staff including our counseling team of Kathy Young and Shirley Diaz-Brown for their leadership and tremendous efforts making the event impactful for our 11th grade students, local businesses and colleges.

Strengthening our Work Force Development initiatives in a priority for the Campbell High School Educational Foundation and our local business community. We want to match each CHS graduate with an optimum post high school plan... work force, trade-schools, two year or four year colleges, military career, etc.

Huge Thank You to Kathy Young and Shirley Diaz-Brown for their tireless work. And Thank You to all of you who support Campbell High School Educational Foundation !
