Quality Childcare Programs Preferred School Care Learning Center (PSCLC) is a small independent child care facility in the heart of the Smyrna community.
The center, built over 20 years ago, is a warm, friendly & cozy environment filled with loving care for your child. If you are looking for a safe learning environment, “Make the right Choice” and join our family. We provide care for infants, toddlers and preschool students. We also have two GA Lottery Funded Pre-k programs.
