Join Abbey Brewer for a 3-hour workshop focused on joint health and mobility of the torso and pelvis through decompressive, intelligent yoga practices. This educational and experiential offering will explore the sacroiliac joint, pelvic floor, spine health, functional anatomy, and sustainable movement patterns designed to help prevent and heal injuries.

Perfect for both students and teachers looking to deepen their understanding of the body and create more longevity in their practice.
