How do you plan to get through the week? As a sprinter or long-distance runner????
As I look at my calendar and to-do list, I'm seeing a bunch of sprints. A ton of small victories throughout the week as opposed to one or two big deliverables.

For the past five years, I've taught self-defense strategies to realtors and college students. However, the courses were only available for businesses and organizations across Middle Tennessee.

For the first time ever, I'm thinking of creating a nationwide personal protection program for safety-conscious parents. It would include strategies, tips, and tools to keep your family safe, while also teaching kids (of all ages) how to be safe when they are not physically by your side.
