I asked Professor Jeo: “Looking back, what’s the best Jiu Jitsu advice you’d give your younger self?”

Professor Jeo said, “Don’t doubt yourself, and focus on the fundamentals. Doubts kill the goals that you are wanting to accomplish. Believe in yourself all the way through.
You don’t need to be flashy to win, even at the highest levels. It’s been proven time and time again that fundamentals reign supreme. Stop chasing trends!”

Attention parents: two nights, two age groups, one less thing on your plate.
November 6th is Parents Night Out for ages 5–8, 5 PM to 10 PM. Drop them off, go have an actual night, and pick them up tired in the best way. 😆
November 20th is the Kids Lock-In for ages 9–13, 5 PM to 8 AM. Games, movies, food and fun. Adult supervision will be present! Sign up at the front desk.
