🐄🌱 DeKalb FFA had a wonderful time participating in Farm Bureau's County Farm Day, hosted at the Herndon Farm!
Our 3rd graders had the opportunity to learn about agriculture through engaging presentations and hands-on activities at a variety of educational stations. Students explored cotton, electricity, natural resources, vegetables, fire safety, and various farm animals.
Events like County Farm Day are a wonderful way to connect students with agriculture and help them understand where their food, fiber, and resources come from. We are proud to be part of an event that brings agricultural education to life for our students!
A big thank you to Farm Bureau, the Herndon Farm, and all of the volunteers and presenters who made this day possible. 🚜
