It was truly a heart-warming morning celebrating COMMUNITY and the 2nd ANNIVERSARY OF FIREFLY OASIS at our reunion picnic this past weekend!!! 🎉

When I set out to create Firefly Oasis, I did so with the intention of offering families Waldorf-inspired programs along with the goal of creating connection among parents and children. I am completely overjoyed to witness this vision manifesting! I am deeply grateful to each of the families, many of whom are not in these photos - we missed you! - for supporting, trusting and participating in this journey. Thank you for playing, crafting, and singing alongside your children, delighting in our delicious snacktimes, and helping build a beautiful, supportive community of mindful parenting filled with SO MUCH LOVE! ♥️

From harvesting berries and veggies to caring for flowers to tasting sweet honey fresh from the bees, our Firefly Farm Days at Golden Acres Organic Farm were filled with fun, meaningful work and lots of mud! Children created birdfeeders, flower ornaments, and engaged in actual farm chores each day, practicing care and gratitude for this very special land!
