At SRU, undergraduate experiences spark extraordinary futures. Samuel Lowery’s journey is a reminder of what’s possible when students benefit from faculty mentorship, hands-on research and opportunities to explore big ideas.

We’re proud to celebrate a graduate of SRU’s mathematics program who continues to explore and achieve as a doctoral student at The Ohio State University.

Congratulations to Abby for becoming the first SRU student since 2014 to receive the Syed Ali-Zaidi Award for Academic Excellence. She’ll be recognized with the award and a $2,500 prize at the PASSHE Board of Governors meeting on April 16.
