Before the pandemic, I went to one of my favorite trips. Greece with Krishna das and Nina Rao and Arjun. We’re sitting here after having an amazing dinner overlooking the Parthenon. On January 13 at 5:30 PM. We will be sharing a Kirtan at Jai yoga studio. Come be part of our adventure. 25$

Suggested reading for those planning on taking a Yoga Training this summer or fall. This book explains so much about how Yoga has been adopted into the west by people of all shapes and sizes, hailing from all the various American communities, and how Eastern thought and practice have permeated psychology, mental wellness and physical wellness practices like meditation and yoga, therapy and generalized American world view and “spiritual but more religious” people’s lives. A must read!
