Now this makes perfect sense!

Most high schoolers who take the ACT go into the test without a plan.

The effects? Nervousness. Anxiety. Frustration. These feelings lead to large portions of the test either being unanswered or answered with the proverbial "C" answer.

Unfortunately, the result of having no plan is a lower than expected ACT score.
