🚨 Red Ribbon Week is coming! ❤️🎀

And if your child is anything like mine, you’re going to hear at 8 PM the night before Twin Day that they and their 10 best friends decided to dress as the entire cast of some random show, complete with authentic costumes that obviously cannot be found anywhere on the Northshore!

Check the calendar NOW. Ask the questions NOW. Save yourself a last-minute trip to the moon and back looking for looks. 😂

🍎❤️ Let’s hear it for our awesome cafeteria staff! ❤️🍎

From preparing meals and keeping the kitchen running to serving students with a smile, our cafeteria team puts care and hard work into every school day. You help keep our students fed, ready to learn, and feeling welcome—and we appreciate all you do!

Next week is School Lunch Week, so it’s the perfect time to show our team some extra love. Give them a big thank-you in the lunch line or leave a kind message below! 👏🥪

🍬🎃 After discussions with school administration, we decided to cancel Trunk-or-Treat due to the predicted severe weather. While we have to switch things up, we’re still bringing a little Halloween fun to our Cougars!🐾

On Monday, October 12th, during lunch, we’ll have Halloween music, treat bags, and a photo booth to help kick off the new nine weeks!

We do need volunteers to help make the event a success. If you’re available to volunteer, please let us know or sign up through our sign-up genius. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C054CACAB2FA2FEC16-66547249-quarter

A HUGE thank-you to our Clearwood families for the generous donations that are helping make this possible. We appreciate you! 🧡

🏈 Get ready to PLAY! ⚜️

There are still spots available for the New Orleans Saints Play Football Experience, and we’re excited to bring it back! Our students had so much fun last year! No football experience or specific skill level is required.

Each session is about 75 minutes and is part of the NFL’s Play 60 movement, encouraging kids to get active and build healthy habits.

📋 Parent/Guardian Waiver: A completed waiver is required for students to participate.https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/e/QjP2Z3W6iHHWUN5BRBDN6X

🙋🏽‍♀️ Parent Volunteers Needed: We also need volunteers to help make the day run smoothly! Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C054CACAB2FA2FEC16-66548255-saints

Check out the flyer for all the details, and take a peek at some photos from last year! ⚜️🏈

🐾💙What a week for Clearwood Athletics! Our volleyball and football teams came away with big wins over the Monteleone Marlins this week, and both teams remain UNDEFEATED!

🏈🏐Thank you to all of our Clearwood families, students, staff, and fans who came out to support our athletes. The energy in the stands made these games even more special!

📸 Have pictures from the games? Share them in the comments! We’d love to see them!
