🧡🖤 Orange & Black Day with our 3’s! 🖤🧡We had a very busy and fun-filled day today! The children made black/orange bracelets, created adorable spiders, and glued together their own little orange and black masterpieces. We also enjoyed show & tell and even squeezed in some outdoor play before the end of our day! 🍂🕷️
So many fun activities, creativity, and smiles! We love seeing our little learners having so much fun! 🧡🖤

Today we started learning the letter O! 🅾️🦦

We practiced making big and little O’s and learned all about otters—where they live, what they eat, and how they swim! We also figured out whose names have the letter O in them and practiced our fine motor skills by hole-punching O’s. To finish our day, we made our own adorable otters! 🦦🤎

📚 Preschool Lending Library 📚

We are excited to begin our Preschool Lending Library! Our goal is to encourage a love of reading and give the children the opportunity to enjoy books at home with their families.

3-Year-Old Class:
Every Tuesday, each child may choose one book to take home. The book must be returned the following Tuesday before your child can choose a new book.

4-Year-Old Class:
Every Wednesday, each child may choose one book to take home. The book must be returned the following Wednesday before your child can choose a new book.

Please help your child take good care of their library book. If a book is lost or damaged beyond repair, we kindly ask that you replace it with a new or gently used book of your choice.

📖 Secret Reader 📖
We will also have a Secret Reader sign-up sheet available at pickup for anyone who would like to come in and surprise the children by reading a story to the class. We would love to have family members participate!

The 3’s class had fun drawing faces! We talked about the different parts of our faces and then let their little imaginations take over. ❤️

😊 First Week Smiles! 😊

We made it through our first week of preschool, and what better way to celebrate than with a little smiley-face bracelet! 💕

Each child received a bracelet today as a little reminder to keep smiling, keep learning, and enjoy all the fun that preschool has to offer! 🌈😊

We are so proud of how wonderfully our little preschoolers have started the year! They have already filled our classroom with so many smiles, giggles, and happy moments. 💙
