The Niles West Music Parents Association is selling vouchers for Lou Malnati's Frozen 9" Pizza's. Cost is $13.00 per voucher good at all Lou Malnati's locations and valid for 6 months.

The best news is that NWMPA receives $5 for every voucher we sell.

NWMPA provides reduced price private music lessons for students with demonstrated financial need, private lessons for students switching to new instruments at the directors’ request, award scholarships for freshman thru seniors in each of the three programs, purchase instruments and equipment, and fund projects outside the scope of the school budget.

Please consider supporting our effort. Vouchers are postcards so we can mail them to you.

Hey there!

Our annual Pasta 'n Pops event is just around the corner and we invite you to support the spring music program and culmination of a successful year of band, choir, and orchestra. We are very proud of our talented student musicians. In addition, we will be presenting the winners of the Accolades Scholarship that awards six music students $500 each.

Please tap into our website and plan to attend the event on Sunday afternoon, May 5 from 2:30-5:30 pm for delicious pasta, amazing music, silent auction, and raffles as well as the infamous and endless dessert table. Speaking of desserts, Mr. Hunter has asked all students in the choir program to bring a baked good to contribute to the dessert table. It can be purchased or homemade, and it does not need to feed more than 6 to 8 people.

The deadline for Pasta and Pops is quickly approaching. Please follow this link so you can watch your child(ren), who have played an instrument for quite a few years, perform while you get to sit back and eat. All the time and money you have invested in them is paying off, so make sure you don't miss it! Dinner is served at 2:30 and we have vegan, vegetarian and halal options.

Also, the Niles West Orchestra Clothing Store will close Monday, April 29th and will NOT reopen until the fall. Don't miss out. Follow this link for more info. I tried to keep things reasonably priced to encourage more people to get something. At the end of the day, I hope that students take pride in who we are considering how much energy, effort, and time is put into their craft from all of us. (Most items will come in black, white, and red, with our orchestra logo in a corresponding color. I've attached a variation of our new logo with a black background to this email.)
