Five Hands Studio In its 34th year, this Skokie music school features both in-person and online lessons!

Our personable music teachers provide a consistent long-term music education. We understand that students often enter music studies with anticipation of the joys of playing an instrument. But sooner or later, all students discover that there are challenges that require some "staying power". At our studio, we anticipate and look forward to those challenges, as they contain treasures and valuable learning opportunities. We also realize that there is extra care and guidance that is needed to help students, both proactively and in acute situations. These are potentially defining moments for students' self-esteem and confidence, so we do take this seriously. Parents who "get" what we are trying to do love our studio, but we are not the studio for families who want to have a "hands off" relationship to their children's musical endeavors.

Want your child to be sharper, more focused, and more confident? 🎻

Five Hands Studio helps kids build real skills through music — memory, discipline, and problem-solving that shows up in their schoolwork too.

Spots are limited for committed students ready to attend weekly and practice at home.
